Customers will be notified via email if their order is canceled.

6. Refunds for Fraudulent Transactions

If an order is confirmed as fraudulent:
 • The transaction will be immediately voided or refunded
 • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
 • Processing time may vary depending on the financial institution

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

In the event of a dispute:
 • We will provide all necessary transaction records to the payment processor
 • Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with supporting evidence
 • Customers who file abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
 • Provide accurate and complete billing/shipping information.
 • Use payment methods they are authorized to use.
 • Promptly report any unauthorized transactions.
 • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bunny Mose shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays resulting from fraud prevention measures, including order cancellations, payment holds, or verification procedures.
