1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders undergo a processing period of 1 to 3 business days. This stage includes rigorous quality control, product testing (where applicable), and secure packaging. Please note that our fulfillment centers do not process or ship orders during weekends or public holidays.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We fulfill orders directly from our strategic warehouses to minimize transit time.
• United States Delivery: Estimated 3 to 5 business days via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Australia Delivery: Estimated 3 to 5 business days via Australia Post or premium local couriers.
• International Delivery: Estimated 7 to 14 business days via DHL or international postal services, depending on the destination country.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery dates may be subject to carrier delays, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at the time of checkout based on the total weight of your parcel and the final delivery destination. Any "Free Shipping" promotions will be automatically applied at checkout if the order meets the required criteria.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Transparency is key. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to become active in the system.
5. LOCAL FULFILLMENT CENTERS
To provide the best service, we ship from our nearest available warehouse:
• USA Hub: Located in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
• AU Hub: Located in Waterloo, New South Wales.
• In cases where an item is out of stock at your local hub, we may fulfill your order from our alternative global warehouse to ensure you receive your items without unnecessary delay.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For domestic orders within the USA and Australia, applicable taxes are handled during checkout. For international shipments, BunnySweet is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes applied by the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@bunnymose.store immediately. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item for inspection. While we are not liable for packages lost after a confirmed delivery to the provided address, we will assist you in every way possible to resolve issues with the carrier.
